Can I make an old home look like A Hampton Style Home?

In some cases it is more appropriate to renovate your current home than to undertake a new construction. We are able to renovate older style homes to incorporate the modern style and design elements of a Hampton Style Home.

How will I get updated throughout the build?

We are passionate about creating a transparent communication stream throughout the building process to ensure our clients are aware of the progress of their project. We meet with our clients on site as regularly as they are comfortable with. We communicate progress via email, texts, skype, phone or in person and tailor a communication strategy that suits each clients preferences.

  • Council DA approval OR Comply and development Consent through a Certifier
  • Engineers plans
  • Stormwater Engineers plans
  • Any other relevant reports for your property
