Wayne Weatherburn
Custom Home Builder
Wayne began as a carpenter over 30 years ago and has built up a vast amount of skill and knowledge through the variety of construction project he has lead throughout his career so far.
An expert in his field, Wayne has built over 300 villas and over 400 homes. His expertise carries across different styles of construction including new period homes, kit homes, small and large luxury homes and of course, ‘Hampton Style’ homes.
Alongside his custom builds, he has also completed heritage renovations, house extensions, first floor additions, demolish and rebuilds, restaurant fit-outs, office fit-outs, townhouses, duplexes, factory fit-outs, shops, schools, hospital and government work.
He now specialises in creating custom built, ‘Hampton Style’ homes throughout Sydney, Illawarra, The Sutherland Shire and The Southern Highlands.

Projects & Administration Manager
Cathy Heather is the Projects and Administration manager for the company. Over the last 30 years, Cathy has worked throughout the Business and Finance Administration fields. Cathy currently manages the progress of all of our projects from the financial, contractual and WHS obligations, to the suppliers and contractors and will ensure your journey with us is hassle free.
